Canceling An Order
If you’ve simply changed your mind (we all do it 😊) and no longer wish to receive your order, we usually will approve your cancellation request.
We do reserve the right to review the details and make a final determination due to the fact that most of our items are personalized.
A $10 restock and handling fee will incur if the order is cancelled per the customer request and at no fault of the shop due to the fact that items immediately purchased are removed from our inventory (therefore unavailable for buyers to purchase), if not in stock we immediately order inventory, shipping and handling charges etc.
When will my order ship?
Please refer to your order confirmation email for the most accurate estimated shipping / delivery time. We always try to exceed this estimate.
At this time, during our busiest time of the year, in order to maintain a high level of efficiency in production, we cannot provide further order updates other than to assure you that your order will ship by or before our delivery estimates posted on our shops announcement page, the specific item description and your individual order.
