Bad customer service will not repurchase

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on October 2nd for an event on November 25th. I have yet to receive the item and I have made several attempts to speak with the seller but either was ignored or was given two sentence answers. I felt like the seller could care less that I was in need of the tags and wasn’t her issue. I knew with the Canada post strike it may be delayed but I tried to message to say I will pay extra to use fedex or ups. But the seller never replied until it was already in the mail. The seller has yet to acknowledge the fact that I haven’t received my parcel. I get the strike is beyond anyone’s control but maybe if the seller treated me with an ounce of respect and didn’t just take my money and vanish I wouldn’t be so angry and be more understanding. Worst Etsy experience ever.
