Performing Was My Passion!
Performance Trendz was started from a lifetime love of the performing arts. I was in band in high school and college, and taught colorguard for several years after high school. I took my colorguard to a competition in another state and was looking at all the souvenir booths with one of the chaperones. We had a conversation about how our state didn't have any booths like that at any of our competitions, and an idea struck. I marched up to one of the booths and asked the owner how he got into what he was doing, and as fate would have it he was selling his business. I bought it, and the rest, as they say, is history.
That was in 2004, and our first event was a drum corps show where we just sold dogtags. From there we expanded into apparel and so much other fun stuff!
Now we're on Etsy, and on most weekends during the school year you'll find us out at a marching band, winterguard, or percussion event.
My goal is to bring you cute, comfy apparel and other great stuff that reflects your love of performing.
