My husband and I purchased 3 prints for our dogs when we visited the Charleston City Market a few years ago. We recently rescued a 4th, so of course we needed a print for him. Stacey had the perfect print for our new baby in the portrait orientation, but based on the frame layout we had, I messaged asking if she could make it a landscape print. She responded very quickly to my message, made sure I knew the timeline for getting in the studio to print and ship, and also that I was aware there would be extra space on the sides, all of which were not a problem for us. It arrived super fast - from payment to delivery, it was only 7 days, and only 4 from the day she printed it! These are high quality prints that match the description and exceed expectations. On top of that, the packaging was cute and customer service is excellent!
