5 out of 5 starsBeautiful robe, only caveat: with the material that it is made of it wrinkles badly. The robe shipped and arrived prompt, but it was in such a small, tight package, that it took me a very long time to iron it. You need to make sure when you iron the robe, you have a protective cloth over the robe, between the iron. After I finally got it ironed, it looks beautiful.

1 out of 5 starsItem delivered was not as advertised - embroidery was misplaced and way too large. Seller refunded immediately but was not able to offer overnight shipping with new/fixed product.

We’re sorry the embroidery did not meet your expectations. As soon as you contacted us, we worked to resolve the issue. You requested a new customized item with overnight delivery; unfortunately, we were unable to produce a replacement personalized garment and guarantee delivery within that timeframe. Rather than delay the resolution, we immediately issued a full refund. We always do our best to address any concerns quickly and fairly when a customer contacts us.
