MATERIALS
To create most of our products we use natural oak or pine wood l or high-quality plywood. We do not apply any kind of varnish or a finish coating to keep a handmade feeling to our products. We believe, that style and beauty should be eco-friendly. We are offering customized wooden boxes, accessories, interior details, toys, and even jewelry, which are biodegradable. This is a perfect solution for businesses looking for sustainable packaging and an alternative to plastic. Create your own eco-friendly box with your shop logo which can be reused or recycled.
Each of our product is unique and different due to the varying nature of wood.
Please note, that products made of wood may be delicate and fragile if not handled with proper care.
LASER AND WOOD TECHNIQUE
Laser-made boxes and other products are elegant and high quality. While cutting wood with a laser we can achieve perfect precision. Your logo, quote, or any personal message will look exactly as you wanted.
Laser-cut wooden products can be assembled without glue and have smooth surfaces, so it’s safe for your family.
SHIPPING
We are happy to ship internationally!
We use Priority Airmail International shipping for all the items.
All shipments will be sent with a signature confirmation or a tracking number.
Shipping Addresses: Please note that the order will be shipped to the address shown on your Etsy order.
Buyers outside the EU, please note that customs forms must be filled out accurately and honestly. Please be aware of customs laws and duties in your country before importing. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
PLACING CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
We can customize and personalize many of our products.
1. Choose an option of the product and font from the drop-down menus before you checkout.
2. Choose a font and/or logo or send us your design file.
3. Fill in the personalization box.
4. We will create a sketch of your idea and send you an email with proof of what the engraving will look like. We will not engrave your item unless you approve the sketch in 5 business days, so please make sure to check your Etsy messages and email.
NOTE - in case you don't approve the sketch we will ship your order 5 business days after the day you placed the order.
We do not check the spelling so please make sure that it is correct before submitting your order.
IN CASE OF DELIVERY DELAY
If you still do not receive your parcel after the estimated shipping time, please go ahead and track your item with provided tracking number on your LOCAL post office website, which would show the most updated and detailed information about your parcel. Most postal carriers require a signature of an authorized recipient for international parcels and if you are not at home at the time of delivery they would leave a notice. Please contact your local post office ASAP, if you wait too long to claim this parcel, it would eventually be sent back to us. Once it is sent back to us we would have to ask you for a re-shipping fee to send it to you again. Please note that only the fee for the goods, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.
Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your package. We will try to resolve the problem quickly, all cases will be discussed personally.
For the payment refund, the purchase must be not damaged, in the same condition, UNUSED as we sent it. A refund will be made after the purchase is returned. The shipping cost will not be refunded and deducted from free shipping orders as well.
In case you refuse / cannot pick up your parcel from the Post office and it comes back to us, only the fee for the goods, excluding shipping cost, will be refunded.
