Since all our items are personalized, we do not offer exchanges or returns but if there is a problem with the order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and we will rectify any issues with personalization or production.
We ship our items from our offices in Illinois and since personalized and customized, they are made to order just for you. Please allow 5-7 days (sometimes sooner) for the item to be created for you. The item ships via Fed Ex and tracking is updated on Etsy once the order ships.
We have contracts in please for all of our licensed property gift items. We have an in house design team work that works with our licensors for design approvals and we pay royalties on all of the designs. We are excited to bring to you some great gift ideas.
