My husband and I have been entrepreneurs for most of our fourteen year marriage. We understand how hard it is to stay organized and find a good life - work balance. Several years ago I started using spreadsheets to help us manage everything from inventory to meal planning. The spreadsheets were immensely helpful with managing our time and daily activities as entrepreneurs.

I started selling some of our business products on ETSY in 2015 as a way to make some extra money. I found that they were seasonal, however, so I searched YouTube to find some other ideas of what to sell on the website. I happened across printable art and gave it a try. The printable art did not bring the success I had hoped to find, so I thought about what might be another option.

I loved the printables idea, but I needed a different product. Then it hit me, what if I could sell some of my spreadsheet designs. I wanted my customers to be able to use the spreadsheets on both Windows and Mac computers, so I decided to convert them to PDF. One form lead to another and another until before I knew it ETSY had become a successful side hustle for me. I love the challenge of coming up with new ideas and simplifying complex problems with simplified forms.

Due to the nature of our personalized and downloadable products, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer exchanges or replacement products. Please examine all listing photos carefully and read listing description fully.

We reserve the right to refuse to offer replacements, tweaking or editing of digital downloads. These items are not designed to be fully editable templates unless otherwise stated in the listing photos and description. We reserve the right to charge for editing services or products that are different than the listing photos in any way and by any degree.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for digital items that are as described in the listing photos and description, even if they have not yet been downloaded. This is because most downloads, unless they are personalized, are available instantly once payment is processed by ETSY.

Physical Items Refund Policy:

For physical items, if your product is unsatisfactory due to seller error or damage during shipment, however, please let us know by contacting us through ETSY. We evaluate each concern on an individual basis. We reserve the right to request and examine photos of damaged products for physical goods prior to review.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that have been marked as delivered by the United States Postal Service or directed to an incorrect address that is listed as the buyer's shipping address in ETSY. Please make sure your shipment address is correct prior to ordering.

For non-personalized items, Download instructions are available at https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949.

PDF products must be opened with the free Adobe Acrobat reader which is available to download for free at https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/. Some Apple computers attempt to open the PDF with their default preview software instead of the reader which can cause errors. To open with the reader, right click on the download and choose the reader once the free Adobe PDF reader software is downloaded.

Personalized Digital Download Items Will Be Sent to The Email Address Associated With Your ETSY Account. We request that personalization requests be made prior to purchase because the download process is automated. If you desire personalization but did not contact us prior to purchase, please send us a message in ETSY convos rather than leaving a note on the order.

International buyers: Please note that digital downloads may experience delays due to international taxes, currency conversions and other factors beyond our control. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Why Isn't My Download Working on My Mobile Device / Computer?

This issue typically occurs for one of two reasons.

1. The Buy on ETSY App is Not Currently Set Up For Downloads To Mobile Devices. Please Either Download on A Computer or Using A Mobile Browser.

2. The Computer / Device is using the wrong software. This is more common with MAC than PC, but some computers try to open PDFs in read only software. Please use the official Adobe Acrobat DC reader software (free version, not pro trial) available at https://get.adobe.com/reader as instructed in the listing to avoid this issue.
