Marcina quickly responded with what it would look like and a custom listing. She was very communicative during the manufacturing and shipping process. We absolutely love how they came out and completed our "home command center." Definitely recommend!

1 out of 5 starsI was very excited to receive this item, and to support a small business...umfortunately, the stain was still wet upon arrival, damaging the white t shirt I had on. The box was very poorly packaged, I was surprised the whiteboard wasn't damaged. The whiteboard was MUCH smaller in size than the photos perceived it to be. Highly over priced for the product received. It looks like this product is no longer available to purchase, which I find interesting. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. The refund process was simple, it's just very unfortunate that I had to pay for shipping to return the item. All in all, I feel the photos showed a better product and it was a bummer to receive something entirely different.

If you receive something you don't truly love please send us a message to discuss. You may exchange or refund non-personalized items within 7 days of receiving your order. As long as the items are returned in the same condition they were received in. We do not allow for refunds or exchanges on used or open items.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on personalized items UNLESS there has been a mistake made on our end. Our personalized items are made just for you which makes them very difficult for us to resell. If you are not happy with your order please send us a message to discuss. We will do what we can to ensure your satisfaction.
Garden Sign Care Instructions
There are so many factors that can cause damage to wooden signs that we simply cannot provide protection from all of them. Since wood is a naturally porous item proper maintenance and care are needed to ensure your new sign will continue to look beautiful.
General Cleaning
Use a baby wipe or wet napkin to wipe away dust or debris. Be careful when wiping near dots and individual pieces.
Display
We highly recommend displaying your sign under full or partial protection from the elements. While occasional rain will not cause damage to the sign exposure to severe heat, freezing, excessive moisture, hail and other weather conditions can lead to deterioration. If you would like to hang your sign commend strips are highly recommend.
Shipping
Small signs and accessory items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. USPS estimates these packages should arrive in 5-7 business days.
You may elect to upgrade to Priority (estimates 3-5 business days) or Express (estimated 1-2 days) for a faster delivery time. Please note USPS is currently only offering guaranteed arrival dates for Express Shipping at this time.
If you would like a quote for another carrier we would be happy to send you one! Please send us a message with your zip code and we will respond shortly with quotes from UPS and FedEx.
Lost Packages
If you believe your package has been lost in transit please send us a message. We would be happy to contact USPS on your behalf to help assist in locating your items.
If you believe your package has been stolen, please contact us the day it is marked delivered. USPS INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER STOLEN MAIL. However, we are happy to contact them to determine the exact delivery location for you. There is a possibility your item was delivered to an incorrect address and can be recovered.
If it is determined your package was delivered to the address listed on your order, we will do our best to assist you, but we are unable to replace stolen items as USPS insurance does not offer coverage for replacement once your item has been delivered.
