Do you offer refunds for duplicate orders?
Because the items are instantly delivered digital files that cannot be returned, all sales are final and we cannot process refunds through the shop. Just send a message with your duplicate order numbers and a link to any other design in the shop of equal value. we will gladly send that new file directly to you to make up for the duplicate.
