We offer many different types of vinyl for our products so our customers can have the most options possible for their projects. Here is a quick rundown of the types of vinyl we have and what their best purpose is. If you are unsure of what you need just message us and we will recommend the best type for you.

GLOSSY VINYL: Outdoor/permanent applications. Mugs, tumblers, etc.
MATTE VINYL: For wall applications.
GLITTER VINYL: Outdoor/permanent applications. May leave a small amount of residue when removed.

All vinyl is removable, not reusable or repositionable.

We specifically do not use stock photos/mock up photos of our decals so that you can see a real life example of the item you will be getting. You can see the colors, patterns, and the specific details of each sticker. We use great attention to detail to ensure that your decal will look exactly like the image it should, with smooth clean cut lines. Make sure to zoom!

We love wholesale orders! Please message us the following info:

- How many decals? Include sizes, colors, etc.
- (Situational) Do you need transfer tape applied to the decals? - Transfer tape allows you to pick up and place the decal, as opposed to peeling the sticker off with your fingers.
- Include the "Need By" date, let us know if this date is flexible.
- Your location (for a shipping estimate). State/Province/Country works fine.
- Pics and extra details help!

We aim to respond asap. Generally we will need at least 2-4 days to complete the order after payment, depending on the size. Custom cuts (your own design) may take longer.

Coupons, on going sales, or discounted items cannot be used on wholesale orders.

We aim to ship orders asap - Within 24 hour unless it's a weekend. All orders come with tracking, please check your tracking number for updates. If the tracking says delivered and you still have not gotten it you can message us and we will guide you on how to possibly recover your package (recovery is not guaranteed). Packages shipped to incorrect/not updated addresses cannot be replaced for free. NOTE: We aim to ship right away, which means less time to notice an incorrect shipping address!

Cancellations: Accepted within 12 hours of purchase as long as the order has not been shipped. Note: Just because tracking hasn't updated doesn't mean that your item is not already at the post office and out of our hands. Sometimes we ship and hand it over to the post office very quickly - Sometimes within 1 hour!

Returns: We cannot accept returns since every order is technically a custom cut. If we send the wrong product we will send out the correct one at no cost. (Visual proof required.)

Refunds: Buyer is only eligible for a refund if we make a mistake on the order, and then the product ends up being out of stock (aka it cannot be remade or replaced.)

Exchanges: We cannot accept exchanges since every order is technically a custom cut.
