5 out of 5 starsSeller is phenomenal. Like best service I have had ever, especially when during shipping there was one week where it just refused to update with progress. Mask does need a little sanding for the sharp edges, and you can see some of the printing lines up close. Pics, and casual viewing out in public is astounding though. 15/10 probably going to order the lighter colored one now as well.

Are your props and wigs really handmade?
Yes! Every single item in my shop is handcrafted by me and my team here in Los Angeles 🌴✨. From sculpting foam weapons to styling wigs strand by strand, I handle each piece with care and attention to detail. I don’t mass-produce or outsource. Each order is made specifically for you, ensuring a one-of-a-kind, cosplay-ready finish. You’re not just buying a product—you’re getting something crafted by a fellow fan who understands the struggle for accuracy and quality.
Can you take custom orders or modify an existing design?
Definitely! Customization is one of my favorite parts of this job. Whether it’s adjusting the size of a prop, changing wig colors, or creating something totally unique for your OC or dream cosplay, I’m happy to help. Just send me a message with your ideas and reference pics, and I’ll let you know what’s possible, the timeline, and the pricing. Please reach out before placing your order for custom requests, as some materials may require special sourcing.
Will my prop arrive fully assembled?
Most of our props arrive fully assembled and ready for action, unless otherwise specified in the listing description. Occasionally, for larger or delicate items (especially international orders), minimal assembly may be needed to ensure safe shipping. If that’s the case, I’ll include clear instructions (and I’m always available by message if you need help during assembly).
Are the wigs heat-resistant and styleable?
Yes! All wigs are made from premium heat-resistant synthetic fibers, perfect for styling with low-heat tools (generally safe up to 150°C / 300°F). That said, I recommend testing on a small section first and avoiding excessive heat. If you want to cut, curl, or restyle your wig, feel free—but gentle care will help it last through many cons and photoshoots.
Are your props convention-safe?
We design all our props with con safety guidelines in mind, using lightweight materials like EVA foam, PVC, and durable plastics. However, every convention has its own prop check and safety policies, so it’s your responsibility to double-check with your event organizers. If you need me to make specific modifications (like foam tips or peace-bonding colors), let me know at the time of ordering!
Can you recreate copyrighted weapons, armor, or character props?
Out of respect for intellectual property laws and Etsy’s Handmade Policy, I don’t create exact replicas of copyrighted designs. However, I’m happy to craft original, fandom-inspired designs or create something unique that fits your character theme. Think of it as fan art with a personal twist!
Can you color match or create custom finishes?
Yes! If you have a specific shade, gradient, or weathered look in mind, send me reference photos. While there may be slight color variation due to monitor settings and material differences, I’ll do my best to get as close as possible 🎨. If perfect color matching is mission-critical, I can offer sample material photos before starting.
What if my package arrives damaged?
I pack everything securely, but in rare cases, rough handling during transit can cause damage. If this happens, please take clear photos of the box, packaging, and item damage and message me within 48 hours of delivery. I’ll assess the situation and offer a suitable solution—whether it’s a repair, replacement, or partial refund.
Do you ship internationally? Will I have to pay customs fees?
Yes, I ship worldwide 🌎. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. Delivery times can vary, especially during holiday seasons or in areas with customs backlogs. I recommend ordering early if you have a specific event date.
Help! My convention is coming up fast. Can you help me?
If your deadline is super tight, send me a message before ordering! Depending on my queue and available stock, I may have ready-to-ship items or be able to bump your order up for a rush fee. I always do my best to help fellow cosplayers avoid last-minute panic attacks 😅.
