I originally started making jewelry and accessories after I started an apprenticeship with a Local Colorado Leather-smith. I wanted to learn all I could about this art and devoured every morsel that she could teach me ^-^. I have always had a very strong interest in the Steampunk and Victorian movements, and learning to do leatherwork inspired me to start working with not only leather, but metals and found objects in order to make some fun pieces. After posing a few photos of what I was working on on Facebook, I had a huge response of people wanting to buy and commission what I had done. Consequently I made my Etsy shop and started a few other social networking profiles to test the waters. Since then I have had fantastic feedback and have found something that brings me great creative joy!
