Didn't ship on time and the seller didn't answer me, when I asked about the status of my package. He gave me like 3 extra shovels and a keef shovel but a little communication is all it takes.

Easy and fast transaction. Had a minor problem with not enough postage paid on the envelope but the freebies more than made up for it. Will do business with again.

Love the shovels. They aren't very sturdy but since they were made from a 3d printer, that happens. Overall, I'm amazed by 3d printing.

The middle part is hard to stwist back in. Also, the bottom part isn't really a keif catcher, which is why I purchased it. Maybe some design changes would make it better to catch keif. Great grinder though!

Never got my order. I waited weeks, never got a shipping confirmation. Started a case, finally got a shipping notification from the seller. After waiting for something in my mailbox and still receiving nothing, I escalated the case and started requesting a refund. After a couple of days the seller marked the order as lost in the mail and issued a refund. I don't know how he knows it's been lost in the mail unless he never mailed it in the first place (which is what I suspect). Buy at your own risk with this one. I found this guy's store on /r/trees from reddit and was really looking forward to this and to supporting a fellow ENT, but the buying experience has been unfortunate.
