I want to change the product I bought. Or I want to return it! Is it possible?
Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns and exchanges. Since I create custom work and make-to-order items that are printed in the color and size selected by you, they cannot be readily resold.
However, if you encounter any defects with the product, please don't hesitate to contact me. Your satisfaction is important, and I will do my best to address any issues related to the quality of the item.
I want to speed up my cargo! What can I do?
To ensure your desired delivery date, we highly recommend considering our rush and express shipping options. These can be found in your cart after adding your item/items but before finalizing your payment. It gives you the flexibility to make an informed choice.
Please note: In the event of an incorrect order, and if we are unable to contact you for the necessary corrections, we'll hold the order for 1-2 days to prepare the product. If we don't receive a response within that timeframe, we may need to cancel the order. Your prompt attention to order details is greatly appreciated.
Is it possible to update my shipping address if I entered it incorrectly? (or) My package has been returned to your facility; can I arrange for it to be resent?
If you've entered the wrong address, and your USPS tag has not been created yet, please get in touch with me to request a change.
However, if an incorrect address was provided during payment, your order will likely be returned to our store by USPS. In such cases, I will reach out to you once the order is back at our facility.
