Announcement   [CUSTOMS ARE TEMPORARILY DOWN]

Due to backlog and some health issues that prevent me from pouring as intensively as before, I'm removing customs until the situation improves. Existing customs will still be taken care of. I will be striving to put pre-mades into the shop on a more regular basis to compensate for their absence.

During this time, I also hope to get Hati and Archie back in the shop, since that should free up some time to work on them. ETA for this is unknown, but they are very high priority!

Fast Shipping, great product, and is amazing! Got this as a gift for my gf but if I can get a medium one in the future I’m defiantly gonna get it!! Thank you so much! Keep up the great work!

First time ordering, and it was a delight! Arrived well-packaged and with a little extra cloth bag for it. Artist was very responsive and helpful, even with the troublesome shipping instructions I gave, and went out of their way to make sure I received it at a convenient time. The mold itself is really detailed: every ridge and scale, even the wrinkles of skin at the finger joints are tangible, and super fun to run your fingers across. Colours came out looking great, one of them was even a surprise glow-in-the-dark! Would definitely purchase again from this store.

The colours turned out awesome, and its a good size; bigger than I thought, which isn't a bad thing at all. I'd highly recommend anyone to check out this shop. The quality of the product is great and the relatively fast shipping was a bonus I wasn't expecting.

About

I have to be honest, I never imagined that I would be opening an adult novelties shop. But I am nothing if not passionate about the arts and technology. It all started with a Christmas prank in which I sent some friends fantasy dildos. Best holiday I had in a long time.

Then I wondered, what about next year? What if I make them myself? Ah, but that would be silly, and much too expensive!

"But what if I SELL them?" I thought next... and the rest is history. I've had a lot of fun since that strange inspiration hit and I love coming up with new designs and characters. With any luck, people will love the products as much as I have loved making them. I look forward to discussing customs and new ideas with my customers!

Frequently asked questions

Where can I find an indepth FAQ and/or submit questions?

What kind of lubricant can I use with these toys?

Water or oil-based only. Keep away from silicone-based lubricant!

How do I clean my toys?

Most everyday cleaning can be done with plain dish soap and warm water. You can sterilize them by placing them in a pot of boiling water (don't let them touch the sides too long!) for a few minutes, or by running them through the dishwasher.

There's a speck/hair/piece of fuzz in or on my toy!

Specks: Usually pigment that didn't fully disperse. Not considered a flaw unless so large it is easily felt or it surfaces. Don't pick at them if you see them, and most will never be a problem.

Fuzz: Most likely fibers from the photo booth, clothing, or paper towel fuzz. Lower chance of pet hair. We keep pets out of the studio but hair is persistent. If there's pet hair ON the toy, wash and sterilize it. If it's IN the toy (any kind of obvious fiber, not just hair), embedded, let me know.

We do wash the toys briefly before packaging them but this is not a sterile environment and you should always wash/sterilize new toys before use no matter where you bought them!

I don't like the way the base is trimmed.

I don't have the world's steadiest hands, so I do not do any more modification to the base than necessary; I will remove larger pieces of flashing and ensure the toy remains upright when on a flat surface, but you may find the edges are a bit thin/rough. This is nothing that cannot be changed with a very sharp blade and patience, and does not constitute a defect.

If you think that a particular piece could possibly tear, you can trim it in advance to ensure that it doesn't, but generally speaking, it should not be tearing under normal usage.

Should I go with First Class International? It's a lot cheaper.

Only if you accept that Phoenixflame Creations is not in any way responsible for reimbursing you if your package goes missing. First Class International is not insured and there's nothing I can do for you if they lose the package. I strongly suggest that for high-value packages, you shell out for the superior shipping even if it hurts pretty bad. It will protect both you and me!

What do I do about this undocumented air bubble?

Usually I document all air bubbles which are on the usable surface of the toy. I typically don't mark bubbles under the base as a flaw, nor will I necessarily flop a custom job for them, but odds are good I'll notify you anyway.

Any air bubble which is on the shaft/intended usable surface area of the toy may be worth mentioning if it was not in the toy listing, or if it's on a custom job, though, so please contact me immediately and take a picture of the flaw while the toy is still bagged.

I think my toy is damaged, what do I do?

Firstly DO NOT REMOVE IT FROM THE BAG UNTIL INSTRUCTED OTHERWISE. Take photos as best you can and include them in a message to me. I cannot help you without photos - no exceptions.

I may instruct you afterward to remove it from the package and take clearer photos. We'll go from there. If the issue in question IS in fact damage that is undoubtedly our fault, we will compensate you accordingly. If it is NOT damaged, no compensation is given.

Please remember: removing the item from the bag (unless Phoenixflame Creations directs you to do so) means you accept the item and forfeit the ability to receive any sort of compensation, as we are unable to verify what caused any potential damage at that point.

My toy has some surface inconsistencies, is it damaged?

Most likely not. All our toys are hand crafted; we may begin the process with 3D prints, but everything is painstakingly finished by hand. As such, just about every one of our models will have some small detail that's less than industrial grade perfection.

Surface inconsistencies include: 3D printing lines, small raised dots (many of these can be pinched off), spots of crackled texture (not actual flaking material), sanding marks.

Broadly speaking, an ACTUAL flaw is that which is NOT a known or intended part of the mold or master print and actually poses a threat to the longevity/usage of the toy; a gouge, tear, air bubble, sliver, or anything else which is actual damage and not just an inconsistency from hand crafting.
