Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. I’d like to clarify that I always send a preview of custom designs before printing and only proceed once I receive full approval. This includes exactly copying and pasting the book titles as provided to me. In your case, the misspelling was present in the original text you submitted and was also approved in the final design confirmation. Regarding the shipping time, I understand delays can be frustrating. However, processing and shipping times are clearly listed in the shop’s policies to help set expectations.
