5 out of 5 starsRight from the time I placed the order the seller was in constant communication and gave me timely updates at every step. She was very helpful in answering my questions which helped in product customization. Seller sends three drafts that also helped me in customizing the item before finalizing the product. The shipping and delivery was done in a timely manner. The packaging of the product was extremely secure ensuring the product is not damaged during shipping. The quality of the finished product was extremely good and was loved by everyone when displayed at our party. This was my first time buying on Etsy and from this seller and I must say this was overall a very positive shopping experience and I highly recommend this seller and her products to everyone. I actually bought a second item since the first product was so good.

5 out of 5 starsI absolutely love the magazine cover picture of my husband, I sent her the photo I wanted to use and she lightened the picture for me helped me figure out the sayings I wanted in the front, she helped me with every step, she reached out with questions and concerns she had and sent a draft photo of my product to be approved and asked if everything was okay if names were correct if there was anything I needed changed once I was satisfied with my picture she sent over the final product. Everything was easy and receiving my picture was super fast. I will be ordering my son a baseball cover very soon from here as well. I definitely recommend her.

➡️ How do I submit my personalization details?
After purchasing, you can send your text, names, headlines, or captions via Etsy messages or email me at maria.photodigistudio@gmail.com. If you’re unsure about headlines, provide some personal details, and I’ll create them for you!
➡️ Do you offer digital files or printed copies for your custom products?
Yes, I offer both! You can choose between:
1. Digital Download: A high-resolution file for you to print yourself. Let me know your preferred size.
2. Printed Copy: I’ll send a preview for approval before printing. Once approved, printing takes 2–5 business days (for the U.S.), and you’ll receive a tracking link once shipped.
➡️ What is your turnaround time?
My standard turnaround time for editing is 2 days, but this may vary based on workload or holidays. Printed orders take additional processing time: printing 3–5 business days, shipping 5–7 business days (for the U.S.)
➡️ Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. You will receive a draft for approval before final delivery or printing. Up to 3 revisions are included. Print production begins only after your written approval, or if I don't receive your feedback 3 days after sending the draft your order will proceed to print production.
➡️ What is your cancellation, refund, and replacement policy?
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Once work has begun on your digital file or your order has been sent to production, cancellations are no longer possible.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
1. Digital Downloads:
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the file has been delivered.
2. Physical Prints:
If your product arrives damaged due to manufacturing issues, please contact me within 15 days of delivery with a photo, and I’ll provide a refund or replacement. If your print is lost in transit, I will also offer a refund or replacement.

➡️ What if I forget to submit my personalization details?
Please submit your personalization details within 2 weeks of purchase.
If details are not received, your order may be marked as complete after 3 weeks due to Etsy’s processing timeline. If this happens, you can still contact me to move forward with your design.
➡️ How do you handle printing and shipping?
Although I personally design and customize all orders, I work with Etsy-approved printing partners based in the United States to handle printing and shipping.
Once you approve your design, it is sent to my U.S.-based production partner for professional printing and delivery.

If you purchase a product that does not ship to your country, your order will be changed to a Digital Download, and any printing and shipping costs will be refunded. If you can’t print locally, contact me within 24 hours for a full refund (if work hasn’t started).
