➡️ How do I submit my personalization details?
You can provide your personalization details before placing your order through Etsy messages, or after purchasing by sending them via Etsy messages or email at maria.photodigistudio@gmail.com.
You can send me your text, names, headlines, captions, photos, or any other details needed for your design. If you’re unsure what to write for a headline or caption, simply provide some personal details and I’ll create something for you!
➡️ Do you offer digital files or printed copies for your custom products?
Yes! Depending on the listing, you can choose between:
1. Digital Download:
You’ll receive a high-resolution, print-ready file that you can print yourself. Digital orders can be created in any size — just let me know the exact dimensions you need.
2. Printed Copy:
I’ll send you a preview for approval before your order is printed. Once approved, printing takes approximately 3–5 business days, followed by shipping within the United States.
Important: Printed products are available for U.S. shipping only. If you are located outside the U.S., please select the Digital Download option. Digital files can be created in any size, so you can have them printed locally in your country.
➡️ What is your turnaround time?
My standard turnaround time for the design/editing portion is approximately 2 days, although this may vary depending on workload, weekends, and holidays.
For printed orders, additional time is required:
• Design/editing: 2 days
• Printing: 3–5 business days
• U.S. shipping: 3–5 business days
Print production for foam board prints and vinyl banner sized (6x6', 6x8', 7x7', 8x8') is only 1-2 business days.
➡️ Will I see a proof/draft before printing?
Yes! You will receive a draft for approval before your final digital file is delivered or your printed order is sent to production.
Up to 3 revisions are included with your order.
For printed products, production begins only after you provide written approval. If I do not receive your feedback within 3 days after sending the draft, your order may proceed to print production.
❗Please note: You are responsible for verifying the spelling, names, dates, and accuracy of all text and content before approving your draft.
➡️ What is your cancellation, refund, and replacement policy?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Once work has begun on your digital file or your order has been sent to production, cancellations are no longer possible.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
1. Digital Downloads:
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the completed file has been delivered.
2. Physical Prints:
If your product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing or shipping issue, please contact me within 15 days of delivery and provide a photo of the damage. I’ll be happy to provide a refund or replacement.
If your printed order is lost in transit, I will also offer a refund or replacement.
➡️ What if I forget to submit my personalization details?
No problem! You can send your personalization details after placing your order through Etsy messages or email at maria.photodigistudio@gmail.com.
Please submit your details within 2 weeks of purchase so I can complete your order on time.
If personalization details are not received, your order may be marked as complete after 3 weeks in accordance with Etsy's processing timeline. If this happens, you can still contact me to move forward with your design.
➡️ How do you handle printing and shipping?
Although I personally design and customize all orders, I work with U.S.-based production partners to handle the professional printing and shipping of physical products.
Once you approve your design, it is sent to the production partner for printing and delivery.
Printed products ship within the United States only.
If you are located outside the U.S., please select the Digital Download option. Digital files can be created in any size and can be printed locally through a print shop or online printing service in your country.

No. Physical/printed products are available for shipping within the United States only.

If an order is placed for a physical product with a shipping address outside the U.S., I may need to contact you to change the order to a Digital Download. Any applicable printing and shipping charges will be refunded.
