4 out of 5 starsIt’s essentially just a sticker wrapped around a metal lighter case, it’s not sealed in with resin or anything, but the lighter case is high quality and overall it’s a great purchase for the price

The sticker is both laminated and sealed. You cannot put resin on vinyl nor does it state in the description that there is.
