1. What kind of files will I receive?
When you purchase a template, you’ll receive a package of high-quality, ready-to-use files, including:
-> PNG and JPG files – Blank templates without text, perfect for customizing on your own
-> PSD file – Editable version in Photoshop for more advanced modifications
-> Fonts – The specific fonts used in the design so that your final product matches the original layout
2. How do I download my template?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will make your files available for download.
Go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews, find your order, and click Download Files.
3. Can I edit the templates?
Yes! All templates come with a editable PSD (Photoshop) file.
You can easily customize text, text colors, and other elements using Adobe Photoshop. The PNG and JPG files are also included if you prefer a ready-to-use version.
4. I need a different size/layout. Can you help?
Absolutely! I offer custom sizing and layouts for most templates. Just send me a message before purchase and I’ll do my best to help.
5. Do you take custom orders?
Yes! I love working on custom designs. If you have a specific theme, color scheme, or layout in mind, feel free to message me — I’d be happy to create something just for you.
6. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the products, I do not offer refunds or exchanges.
