I put the tower together apart from the missing top side panel (left) and found the quality to be high and the instructions to be clear. I heard from a customer service representative right away about missing parts and replacement. Excellent customer service!

5 out of 5 starsWe started using our mini cutters as soon as they arrived. They are a great idea for ages 2-4 or any child who isn't ready for metal cutting tools. The child can push down directly above the cutting edge, which gives them a lot more control. This is great!

5 out of 5 starsThis mini cutter is already in use of an almost three year old. I think she really likes it. It is a great tool for including a child in the grown up activity of cutting foods while being completely safe from cuts. I recommend this mini cutter to anyone with smal children.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Unfortunately at this time we do not provide gift wrapping. Piccalio may store products across warehouses in U.S. to provide a robust packaging and fast shipping service to all our customers.
Can I return a product that is not defect or damaged?
On very rare occasions we accept returns in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand.
In order to offer fast and free shipping, reduce waste, and responsibly recycle or refurbish returned items, we charge a return shipping fee equal to 20% of what you paid for the product, with the original packaging intact. If you don't have the original packaging, the fee is 25% of the paid value.
Please note: Products shipped outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please send 2-3 pictures or video of the issue and we will help you exchange or return the item. Please do not forget to include full name, order number and order item for our reference.
