One (1) set of stationery includes 10 note cards and 10 envelopes. Greeting cards are sold as single cards with a single envelope or as sets of 10 cards with 10 envelopes

Orders are typically shipped within 2-7 business days, depending on the item(s) ordered, from the time the order is placed (or from the time your proof is approved, if a proof is requested when your order is placed). Transit time is typically 1-5 days for domestic orders, and will depend on the destination and which shipping method you select.

Complimentary digital proofs are offered for all orders. Proofs must be requested at the time the order is placed. Proofs will be emailed within 2-3 business days to the email address included on your order.

If you do not see a field with the option to add personalization to your item(s), add your item(s) to your shopping cart then proceed to checkout where you will see a box that will allow you to include a message to PiccoloPaperCo when you place your order. Add your personalization information in this box prior to completing checkout.

All items will use capitalization as shown in the product photos (i.e., if a design is shown in all lowercase or all uppercase, that is the capitalization that will be used for your item). If you would like to modify the capitalization from what is shown in the product photos, feel free to get in touch to see if that can be accommodated for the design you are interested in.

Stationery sets and note pads are packaged in a clear sleeve and wrapped with a signature ribbon, and will be shipped in a bubble mailer or a box depending on order size.

Packaging for some custom items or other items will depend on the item.

Gift wrapping is not available at this time. Please note that marking an item as a gift simply means that pricing will be removed on the receipt.

Minor customizations can often be accommodated for no additional cost or for a minimal fee, while more detailed custom orders may require a nonrefundable deposit.

ALL MODIFICATIONS MUST BE REQUESTED PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER. Once an order has been placed and moved into production, modifications cannot be accommodated and orders cannot be canceled.

The Piccolo Paper Co. logo is printed on the back of each notecard, gift tag and notepad.
