Hello! I am Jhanielle, but you can call me JAB. Welcome to Pickney Pocket, where we create country flag pocket tees that represent who we are and where we come from.
I started Pickney Pocket in the living room of my apartment in Houston. The idea came about when I was brainstorming ways to showcase my photography work and thought of placing it on the pocket of a t-shirt. A few days later, I decided to put the flag of Jamaica on the pocket instead.
Determined to bring my idea to life, after extensive research I decided to learn how to sew so I could create pocket tees that truly represent who we are and where we come from. With perseverance and dedication, I mastered the skill and brought my vision to life.
