The order arrive in out a standing condition really pleased I'll leave a review another feed once they grow a bit . Some of the sprouts are already green is it ok to bury the green sprouts to get the desired 2 inch depth? Thanks

Updated review 05/29. The seller very quickly replaced the wrong item and sent the correct mango ginger which tastes yummy! Thank you! Arrived fresh - good tubers. But upon tasting them its clearly not Mango ginger - taste is very strong camphor like. If you are looking for the indian mango ginger for pickles/chutneys, this is definitely not it!
