INSTANT DOWNLOAD PRODUCT
Most of our NON-PERSONALIZED products are delivered via a download link. After purchasing a digital file, you’ll see a link to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation may take a few minutes. You’ll see a notice at the top of the page, if your payment is still processing.
We’ll also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.
ACCESS YOUR FILES THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT
To access your digital file(s), visit your Purchases page and look for the order.
To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

DELIVERY INFO FOR INVITATION AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCT
If you have purchased a personalized item like invitation, labels, thank you tags, etc....the files will be sent via email rather than an instant download link. At this time, Etsy doesn't allow sellers to set up a download links for personalized item.

REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of the product no refunds will be given after files have been sent or downloaded.

TERMS OF USE
All of my designs are intended for personal use and small commercial, home-based business use. By downloading this product you agree to the following:

WHAT YOU CAN DO:
* You may use my graphics to create tangible/physical/printed products for resell. Ex: pendants, tags, greeting cards, candy wrappers, printed invitation, altered books, stationery, as long the amount does not exceed 100 units.
* Use my designs for your scrapbooking albums.
* Use my digital elements for your blog or Website designs. Please make sure they are uploaded at 72ppi and assembled in a way that elements or papers cannot be easily right-clicked and extracted.
* You may submit any scrabooking pages you created with my designs to online scrapbooking inspiration boards.

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO:
* You may not resell, redistribute, share the actual files in any way, or post items for free on your blog/website, even if you have modified the file/s in any way.
* Create digital goods, digital products and resell them.
* Sell my patterns for textile printing.
* Create digital collage sheets with my designs.
* Blank templates and blank photo cards are not allowed. You may not, in any case, provide the customer with the digital form of the products you create, flattened or not.
* You may not, in any case, claim the designs as your own.
* You may not use my graphics for any obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
* No product made with my designs should be posted for sale on sites like Zazzle, Red Bubble, Spoon Flower etc…
