A love for printing and paper runs deep within our veins. We are inspired by nostalgia for Chicago’s historic + abundant printing tradition as an industrial and manufacturing metropolis.

Our beautifully crafted products draw inspiration from this amazing city we call home; its history, culture, food, and of course, gorgeous Lake Michigan! We are so excited to share our love for this City by the Lake through handmade goodness with you!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Picture Perfect Papier works hard to make sure that you love every product you find in our little shop! We strive for nothing short of perfection and are confident that you will love our products as much as we do! We do our best to ensure that product colors appearing on screen are true to life. However, color values may differ slightly depending on your computer monitor’s calibration. If you are unsure of color, or are hoping for exact color matching, we strongly recommend you contact us with these questions before placing your order. We take craft very seriously, foil stamping + letterpress printing our products by hand*. We promise to deliver picture perfect products free from any sort of smudging or other damage.

In the event you receive a dud, dang! We’re sorry! We ask that you contact us with a photo of the problem. In most cases, we will send you a replacement.
We will not be able to refund personalized products (i.e. something one of our designers has designed specifically for you) but are happy to refund any unopened (still in the original packaging) non-personalized merchandise shipped back to us at your own expense. Unfortunately, we do not refund original shipping costs for returned merchandise. Sale or discounted merchandise is sold “as is” and is non-returnable/refundable.

*Please note that all letterpress items are printed by hand. Due to the nature of this printing process, no two items will be exactly the same. Color variations, coverage and indention may differ from item to item, making your order 100% unique which is what we love most about making picture perfect handmade goods just for YOU!
Payment
We accept both Pay Pal and most major credit cards. Cancellation can only be made within one business day.
Shipping
We ship all merchandise via UPS standard ground shipping for $9.95. After you have placed your order and have approved your digital proof (If a proof applies to your item) please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your items. We need 3-5 business days to make your items by hand, plus 1-5 days for shipping, depending on where you live in the United States.

In-Transit Business Days from our Chicagoland location:
to Minneapolis: 2 business days
to New York State: 2-3 business days
to Florida: 3 business days
to California: 4 business days
to Texas: 2-4 business days

If you live outside the USA, please convo us for a Custom Quote including shipping rate.

Additional shipping charges will apply to orders shipping outside the continental U.S. and all orders to Canada. For orders shipping to Canada and internationally, there MAY be additional shipping charges - such as Brokerage Fees, Duty and Taxes due at delivery.

The cost to ship to you is calculated at checkout prior to purchase and Picture Perfect Papier makes every attempt to minimize charges due upon delivery. Charges vary but you can expect somewhere from $17-30 to Canada or $45-100 internationally. Large orders or orders needing expidited shipping are likely to be higher.
Additional policies and FAQs
What information do I need to include when placing my order?
• Your product (napkin, matchbox, coaster etc.) color selection
• Your foil imprint color selection
• Names, Dates, Personalized messages etc. (Please note that we print your personalization EXACTLY how you send it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for typographic errors submitted by customers)
• If you want to change the design or wording of one of our designs, we charge a small design fee. Message us for special instructions about this.

Can I add personalization to an order?
Sure thing! Shoot us an email with what you have in mind and we will do our best to accommodate your request… Please keep in mind that we may charge a $10 proofing fee per personalized proof we send you.

Hey, what’s the delivery time for my order?
As much as we’ll hate to part with them, we will get your items to you 7-10 business days after you place your order.

Am I going to have to pay an arm AND a leg for shipping and handling charges?
Don’t worry, we’ll let you keep your limbs. Picture Perfect Papier only charges a flat rate fee of $9.95 for items using standard ground shipping.

But I need it, like, yesterday! Is rush shipping an option?
No problem! Rush shipping is totally an option. If you need your items sooner than what standard shipping with allow (7-10 business days), please email us at info [!at] pictureperfectpapier.com We will be happy to discuss rush shipping options that cater your specific needs.

Can I track my order after it’s been shipped?
You betcha! After your order has been shipped, within 24 hours we will email you a UPS tracking number.

WHERE’S MY STUFF?!
Trust us, we do everything we can to get your items to you as fast as we can make them! However, as much as designers hate to admit it, there are just some things we can’t control… UPS is not responsible for deliveries not made due to emergency weather, emergency conditions like train derailments, etc. Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse for packages not delivered on time due to such emergency conditions. We suggest that you plan ahead and allow some wiggle room. Again, if you’re really in a crunch, send us an email at info [!at] pictureperfectpapier.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!
