We need about 2 weeks to process, proof, print, and ship your order, but some products may take 3 weeks plus 1-5 days for shipping, depending on your location. Turnaround times are subject to change. We ship by FedEx/UPS/USPS from Illinois with tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation from Etsy when your order ships. International customers, please message us for details.

Yes! However, Standard Ground rates don't apply to these locations. Please select the Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico shipping option at checkout. Air shipping is required for all carriers except USPS, which can be expensive. We're happy to ship to a Continental US address of your friends or family as an alternative.

Please let us know your need-by date in the MESSAGE TO SELLER section when checking out. A digital proof will be messaged to you through Etsy within 2 business days. You must reply with your approval, verifying that everything looks good and is spelled correctly. After approval, we move your order to production. A delay in your approval may postpone your delivery. We may also contact you by email (info@pictureperfectpapier.com). Orders on hold for 2+ weeks without approval will be canceled. Your order includes 2 rounds of changes; additional proofs are $15 each.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Non-personalized items may be returned unopened within 7 days at the buyer's expense (original shipping not refunded). Sale items are final sale. We stand behind our craftsmanship – if you receive a defective item or an error on our part, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order; however, because each product is personalized just for you, we cannot guarantee cancellations once your order has been submitted. We will review your request and do our best to accommodate it. Personalized items cannot be canceled if your order has already entered the printing or shipping stage.
Depending on the status of your order in production, the following non-refundable fees may apply:
- $10 typesetting fee (as this is the first step in personalizing your item)
- $10 cutting fee, if your item is made from our specialty papers and cutting has occurred
- $15 proof fee for each additional proof requested
Design fees are not refundable.

We pack carefully and ship with tracking. If your package is lost or damaged:
• Contact us immediately with photos (if damaged) and the tracking number
• We'll help locate the package and assist with filing carrier claims
• Replacements/refunds are processed after carrier reimbursement is collected
• We cannot reimburse for amounts not collected from carriers
• We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to carrier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to carrier variables and turnaround times that may change. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or emergencies. Please order with extra time for important events and include your need-by date when ordering.
