Pictureta was born out of desire to begin educating my 6 months old baby about the world in a visual and fun way. As a graphic designer and mom, my mission is to make growing up fun, by surrounding children with educational, bright and inviting artwork that stimulates their visual development.

Returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
All sales are final, unless they arrive damaged. There will not be refunds or exchanges once an item is shipped.

Payment
Pictureta accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Etsy gift cards. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. Items will be shipped after payment has been received.
Shipping
USA SHIPPING:
Order ships via selected shipping carrier within 5-10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Tracking number will be provided.

For all USA Christmas orders:
If you order by December 5th, I will ship your order on December 14th. Please select your shipping method accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Order ships via selected shipping carrier within 5-10 business days. Shipping may take up to 4 weeks.

For all International Christmas orders:
If you order by November 7th, I will ship your order on November 21st. Please select your shipping method accordingly.

LOST PACKAGES: If your package is somehow lost during shipment and can no longer be tracked by the provided tracking number, please contact us.
Additional policies and FAQs
For all custom orders, a picture of the finished product will be emailed to you, which will require your response with confirmation that the item looks awesome and you are super happy. Upon final approval, your artwork will be printed and shipped to you.
