I work mostly with recycled, organic and fairtrade textile. Every piece is made with care and attention to detail. I am very keen on topstitching, raw edges and patchwork, or appliqué. You will find these techniques used in most of my creations.
I will accept returns on items which do not match their description thoroughly.

Shipping
I will post items by unregistered post within 3 business days to the address specified on your Etsy receipt, unless otherwise requested. You will be able to check the date by going back to your invoice. I will usually inform you of the expected time for delivery.

I love custom orders! Email me : sheshanna.highfield [!at] gmail.com with as much information as possible, I will draw up a proposal and email you the details, price and shipping costs, and further information needed if necessary. Payment will be made when the design is produced and approved by the buyer. I will post item after the payment is made.
A simple order will take no more then a week. For anything more complex we will discuss a deadline. I'm afraid that returns and refunds are not an option on custom orders once it has been agreed by the buyer.
Fabric Care: all of my items are machine washable. Due to the mix of fabrics I recommend hand or machine washing at low temperature and letting them dry out flat. Tumble drying can cause items to loose their shape.
