I love being able to work with you in order to make your piece exactly what you hope it would be.
Each custom piece is SO unique from any other piece; I design and hand draw and write them as you order them. Each piece is done carefully by hand, so please keep that in mind. Because each piece is created specifically for you after your order is placed, processing time can vary from 7 to 30 days as I work diligently to bring your vision to life.

Frequently asked questions
Can you paint pets on portraits?
Yes, I can add your pet to your portrait! They count as a face, so please calculate accordingly.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please plan accordingly as it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to process and ship. International friends, please consider shipping times (at least one week)! Peak seasons are around any gifting holiday — Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc. If you aren’t sure it will arrive in time, message me about rushed processing and expedited shipping costs.
How do I get my photos/vows to you?
For family portraits and custom vows, please email the pictures/text to hi@piedpapergoods.
When sending reference photos, please select photos that highlight face shape, skin tone, and preferred hairstyle/color to be illustrated. If you have several people in your portrait, please write the order in which you’d like the faces to be painted (e.g., “Dad, Mom, son with curly hair, son with beard, daughter.” Or, if you label each face and can include their names, that makes it so much easier!).
