It is critical that you contact your closest USPS post office right away and open an inquiry so they can investigate the whereabouts of your package, or write me but please note that it might take me a couple days to see your message and for me to get a hold of them. If you purchased insurance, simply message me so I can open your claim for you and get that taken care of for you. Delivered but not received? As long as the order has not shipped you need to write me immediately with the correct address, but if the item has already shipped you must contact USPS immediately because the order is out of my hands and not the stores responsibility if it is delivered to the wrong address, USPS may be able to reroute or return to sender if it's not too late. You must contact USPS about wrong address services before the item is delivered to the wrong address. Please delete your old addresses on etsy AND paypal to avoid this from accidentally happening.

➸ Buy a school ruler or use measuring tape from the corner store and lay your current piece of jewelry on the millimeter side and send me a clear close-up photo of your barbell laying on it and I may be able to tell you your size.

Rubbing alcohol, any type of chemicals (pools, shampoo, lotion, body sweat, and oil), cleaners with chemicals can damage or tarnish parts of your jewelry, especially if the item is plated or contains novelty elements.

Plated Jewelry: Any color plating should not be submerged in water or exposed to chemicals because you may strip the color coating which will expose the base metal which could be either steel, titanium, or brass which can turn green naturally.

Sterling Silver: this material requires proper sterling cleaning methods especially when worn in a piercing hole to prevent wear and tarnishing.

Different materials require different methods of cleaning, please research and speak with a professional piercer on proper care.

Wire wrapped products of mine can come with different colored wire or no wire upon request. Here are my wire colors: Black, Rose Gold, Gold, Silver, Titanium, Bronze, Copper, Olive Green, Seafoam, Blue, Pink, Purple, Red, Green, Navy Blue, or Orange. I also have non-tarnishing solid steel wire.

Beads: I have regular sized beads (good for 14g,16g,18g,20g) and smaller micro-sized beads (18g, 20g, and some for 16g) I have many more colors than I have photos for.

I am very sorry if an item arrived damaged, please understand I did not send it that way. Please send a photo of the damaged item inside the original, unopened sealed bag it came in and of the original packaging it came in via Etsy messages within a week after delivery and I will have that taken care of for you.
