Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders are boxed/packaged to ensure a safe journey during shipping. Prices & invoices are NEVER included in your package. Additional gift wrapping + gift messaging is available at checkout for an additional fee. If separate boxes are needed for individual items please let me know in the notes to seller section at check out.
Sizing details
Sizes of jewelry and hair accessories can be found in the description as well as the additional photographs. All pieces are described and photographed accurately. The size of an item should never be a surprise. Please be sure to read the listings and look at the photos and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
Care instructions
It is highly recommended to remove jewelry before showering/swimming. Paper- based creations should never be exposed to water for obvious reasons.

Returns
All handmade and vintage purchases are non-returnable. It is the buyer's responsibility to view all photos and read the listing descriptions. There are size photos for visual reference as well as measurements in the listing. All items are accurately described and photographed. If you have sensitivities/allergies with jewelry, please do not purchase jewelry you are allergic to as they will not be able to be returned.
If you have questions I am happy to answer anything and everything prior to your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please let me know immediately. Issues such as these will be addressed on a case by case basis.
Returns
I do not accept returns or offer refunds for jewelry that has been worn, damaged, or broken due to normal wear and tear or improper handling by the customer.
Please note that handmade, vintage and antique jewelry can be delicate. While I stand behind the quality of my jewelry, I cannot accept returns on jewelry that has been worn and subsequently broken. If your jewelry breaks after wearing, please contact me for repair options, rather than a refund.
