Returns & exchanges
If we receive a cancellation request after the order has been cut out, there is a charge for the materials.
Custom orders can not be cancelled at any point after we've sourced & purchased the fabrics for the order.
We work hard to ship as soon as we can, and everything is cut & sewn on a tight production schedule- we apologize, but we can't do rush orders.
Shipping cost covers USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. Heavier orders may be split, or sent by Priority Mail depending on the zone.
Insurance: We provide identical replacement items for anything lost/damaged in transit, as indicated by tracking. Items marked "delivered" on the tracking are not included.
Sellers are not legally responsible for mail theft/loss AFTER the item has been marked as DELIVERED on the tracking. We advise our customers to check every possible place mail could be, and Buyers can file a mail theft claim. Sellers can't fill it out, or hunt down the package from afar.
If item arrives damaged, a photo of the packaging and item damage is required prior to shipment of new product.
-We are not responsible for errors on the part of the buyer, such as errors in the shipping address provided. If the item doesn't get marked as "delivered" for reason of wrong address, we will message you once it comes back to our return address, and arrange re-shipping with you.
Please note that international packages will be labeled as merchandise with the total value of the order (not including shipping) stated in the value. >>>It is our strict policy to be 100% honest on the value of items on international customs forms, we do not wish to be charged with mail fraud and/or lose our shipping account<<<
We are not responsible for any taxes/import/handling fees that may be charged by customs in your country. If you refuse to pay the taxes and a package is returned to us, all shipping charges are non refundable. USPS is now charging Shippers in the US return postage fees for undeliverable packages, this will be withheld from your refund in the event that you refuse to pay VAT and customs charges.

For fastest response, please communicate via Etsy Convo, not by email. If you need information about returning an item we will only discuss it through Etsy system, not by email- this protects both parties involved.
