Can I purchase a sample fabric swatch?

To see if a swatch is available for the pillow cover you are interested in, please see the "Description" section of the listing page for a link to the swatch order page. Please note that swatches may not be available for all pillow covers.

Can I reserve a pillow?

Absolutely! If you need a pillow reserved, please send me a message and I'll be happy to reserve it for you temporarily.

Will "sold out" pillows/sizes come back in stock?

Typically, whatever is shown is all that is left. That said, it doesn't hurt to ask! Please message me and I'll be happy to confirm for you.

Do pillows come with an insert?

Pillows do not come with an insert.

What size insert will I need?

It is recommended to go a size up on the pillow insert. For example, if your pillow cover measures 18 inches square, consider purchasing an insert that measures 20 inches square. This will help ensure a plump and "fluffy" look. We also recommend down feather inserts, as they tend to hold their shape better than synthetic fills.

Are returns accepted?

For hygienic reasons, returns are not accepted. If you are unsure about color or texture, please consider purchasing a sample swatch to test the fabric.
