Unfortunately, we do not carry inventory. Each item is produced once a customer has placed an order. Because of this, we can offer only very limited policy of refunds or exchanges.
Every order can be cancelled (with full refund) or changed within 24 hours from placement. After that limit, no refunds or exchanges are possible.
If you receive a damaged item, or if the item you receive does not reflect your order, you have 30 days to contact us. We will do our best to solve the problem.

EU & UK CUSTOMERS

Where applicable, EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving an eligible item. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to exercise this right.
