5 out of 5 starsI am so happy with my purchase! I want to highlight the amazing customer service from Bora, I had a lot of anxiety regarding ordering to. a P.O. Box (as it was my first time doing so) and they were kind enough to make sure my ordering process went smoothly. It's a great overall size, I did find the windows/panels were a bit smaller than I expected since it does not come with panel measurements (as far as I could tell) and it makes for a little bit of an awkward fit for ITA/pin bag decorating, but I still think it turned out amazing and you can achieve beautiful looks! The strap is a bit on the thinner side so maybe DIY'ing a bit of a pillow cushion attachment for where it rests on your shoulder could help but, really they're all minimal details! I've gotten lots of compliments on it already:-)

5 out of 5 starsI love the structure of the bag and the three clear pockets for pins/plush/etc! Only note I have is it didn’t come with any inserts for pins, nor measurements to order any. The interior material is also very crinkly but the bag is very spacious inside! Overall I love the bag, just wish it came with inserts!

5 out of 5 starsI had used the bag everyday for a few weeks already, and it’s the best quality it met higher than my expectations. I wish it came with the pin holder for the top sleeve, but I’m happy with the bag as I can use it as a messenger bag, or a backpack. I’ll definitely order again when the shop reopens with new stock, or restock!
