The doll is ok, I’m not impressed with the wig, the limbs are looser than I prefer but the thing I was most upset about was she came in a box not longer enough for her but way too tall but she was wrapped only in only Saran Wrap, no bubble wrap whatsoever and it wasn’t even a lot of Saran Wrap, also the box only had one piece of tape across the top and it had come undone, so it essentially it was delivered open. I messaged the seller and told her but she never responded to my message. I’m very disappointed, if a person is going to sell something whether it be $10 or $2000 it should be packed with care to protect the purchase and the box should be taped securely.

I messaged the seller two times and escalated it to a help ticket but I have gotten absolutely no responses. I ordered this item two weeks ago and have yet to receive any tracking information or any sort of update. I don’t like leaving negative reviews like this as I know it hurts the seller but transparency and communication are important to maintain. If I get an update from the seller, I can remove my review.

She’s exactly what I was looking for! I would definitely recommend Lici for anyone who is look for a well made custom doll. She is wonderful 5/5 stars!
