My pin says it was shipped but I did not receive it?
Unfortunately, I am not responsible for packages after they leave my hands. I recommend contacting the USPS to see if there are any local delays near you, and if the package takes longer than 2 weeks to arrive (after it has been shipped) you will need to file a lost package claim with the USPS. I will not send you a new pin, but I will offer a refund if the USPS confirms that your package is lost in the mail!
Do you make these pins by hand?
Hello! I design every one of my pins by hand, but I outsource the production to international companies. The metal-working machinery used to make enamel pins is illegal where I live, but every pin received from my shop was designed by me and shipped to you from my personal workspace.
