Overall, the quality is good, but the hook was missing a nail, and one side isn't attached on the back. It's an easy fix, which I believe was due to the shipment.

No bracket to hang the skull onto, wood is poorly crafted, and customer service never answered my message on an explanation on why item wasn’t what picture discribed. Very disappointed and would love to return back to sender asap.

I never received this item, so i can't judge the quality of it or the shipping but the customer service I wish I could give is zero because I never even got any help. I messaged them twice, and I didn't get a response. I just feel like this is a scam and I warn people not to buy this product.

Never received a product. The only reason I found I wouldn't was because I found their FB page and it's a reoccurring issue right now. I'd love to buy the product but the radio silence for weeks is horrible!

Our Story

Hi! Niki & Michael Hatten here. We started Pine Level Rustics several years ago when we had recently moved and needed LOTS of new decor. I searched and searched for the PERFECT dining table that I had dreamed up in my head. Unfortunately, it didn't exist. I just couldn't find that perfect table and didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on something that wasn't perfect. So I started convincing Michael to build me that perfect table I had dreamed up!! He finally agreed! hehe!

Y'all! He built me the most BEAUTIFUL table that was everything I had dreamed up and so much more! He was in trouble then because I saw a new amazing talent in him that I didn't know was there! So of course he built EVERYTHING for our house.

I LOVE sharing about things that I like. So of course I posted on Facebook all the cool things I would come up with that he would bring to life for our home. From there Pine Level Rustics kinda started itself because everyone wanted to buy everything right off our walls! haha

We created an Etsy Shop several years ago but never actually got it off the ground and going until NOW!! We are so excited to work with you!
