Will I be charged sales tax?
Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Some other states will be charged sales tax depending on their state's guidelines.
How will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped via FedEx, with some sent through USPS. Every wreath is carefully packaged in a brand-new corrugated box, and each wreath is securely wired to the base of the box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. These sturdy boxes are not only great for shipping but also make excellent long-term storage for your wreath.
What is up with shipping costs?
Shipping costs are included in the listing price for all orders within the contiguous United States. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO, APO, or FPO addresses. Be sure to provide a physical street address when placing your order. If you need delivery to one of the above addresses, please contact me prior to purchasing so that I can arrange the correct shipping service and provide an accurate shipping fee.
Because Pink Bluebonnet wreaths are designed to be large and full, they require oversized boxes for safe transport. While this can make shipping more expensive, the cost is already included in your purchase price to ensure a smooth, worry-free checkout experience.
Will my order be insured?
Yes! All orders are shipped with insurance and tracking for your peace of mind. In the unlikely event that your wreath is damaged during transit, please save the box and all packaging materials, and contact Pink Bluebonnet immediately so a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier.
Can I display my wreath outdoors?
Unless otherwise noted, wreaths can be displayed indoors or outdoors. If displaying outdoor, wreath should be under a covered porch or overhang. As with most things, extended exposure to the sun will result in fading. Your wreath should be protected from the elements.
What else can you tell me about craftsmanship and quality ?
Pink Bluebonnet uses only high-quality materials to create each wreath. Most florals and decorative picks are first securely attached to the wreath base, then reinforced with a coat of high-temperature hot glue for added durability. All ribbons are wired, allowing them to be easily reshaped after shipping, storage, or even windy days outdoors.
What exactly does it mean if a wreath says "MADE TO ORDER?"
When an item is listed as “Made to Order,” it means the original wreath has sold and Pink Bluebonnet will recreate it especially for you. Because each wreath is handcrafted, slight variations may occur, making every piece truly unique. Rest assured, your wreath will be just as beautiful as the original and crafted with the same high-quality care and attention to detail that Pink Bluebonnet is known for.
Does Pink Bluebonnet offer custom work?
Yes, Pink Bluebonnet is happy to take custom order requests. Custom work will begin once payment has been received.
