How do I access my purchased file?
To access your digital file, please sign in to your Etsy account on your desktop/computer browser and go to Your Account. Go to Purchases and Reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files, and you will receive a PDF file with the link to the Canva template/s.
Digital files are not available for download on the Etsy app.
Can I edit the template on my mobile phone?
Yes, you can download Canva's free app for your smartphone or tablet, available for iOS and Android.
