Unfortunately, if there is an interior pocket located behind your monogram, it will be sewn closed. If your item has an interior pocket that will be sewn shut, this information will be listed in the product description.
When will my order ship?
You will be able to see an expected ship date before placing your order, or on your invoice after you have completed your order. We do our best to keep the expected ship dates as accurate as possible. For personalized items, the turnaround time will vary between one and three weeks, depending on the current volume of orders (average is 2 weeks). Can you send me a proof?
Unfortunately, we aren't able to offer customers previews/proofs of their monograms. We do have images of the individual letters of each font. If you would like to see an image of a font's letters, just send us a message.
How should I enter my monogram?
We make our monograms in first, last, middle initial order, with the last name initial larger and in the center. Here is the best way to enter your monogram:
First Name: Marley
Middle Name: McKenzie
Last Name: Colyer
Monogram: mCm
Can you embroider names, or is it just monograms?
Yes, we can embroider names instead of monograms on all of our personalized items.
