Great service just cost me a fortune for such a small amount and it ended up coming from Canada. When I purchased the same film off eBay and it matched at a 10th of the price even though the company was so very helpful and friendly so my own fault for not looking more local as I just presumed Etsy was just in UK

This window film is really lovely and great quality. I had a misunderstanding as a buyer from the UK - I thought the £30 delivery cost was all I had to pay to receive the film, it actually accrued another £70 for VAT and taxes for being brought into Uk so additional costs after purchase price ran to £100, I did contact the seller and they said it is in the small print of terms and conditions that this can happen, I don’t read the small print for every purchase so it just ended to being a lot more expensive than I thought. The film itself is great though and works really well, good packaging, prompt service. Really just needed an easier way to know the import taxes would be so high.
