1 out of 5 starsSeller never communicated after purchase was made. Multiple messages sent to seller, no response. Had to contact Etsy support for help and refund to order expedited products as I waited two weeks on this “seller”.

1 out of 5 starsOctober 10th will make it a month since I ordered these. I have messaged the seller three times and no response has been made. All I wanted was an ETA on my purchase so I would have before my event. It said it would ship October 1st, hasn’t even shipped yet. Not very impressed or pleased. I hope I get my purchase before the 23rd, if not I’m going to have to dispute with my bank account.

Can the color be changed?
Yes, most items are completely customizable and the colors can be changed. Just include your color choices in the message to seller section at check out. Make sure to read the entire listing and it will tell you if there is anything that cannot be changed.
How many come with the listing?
Each listing varies to how many are included. Make sure to read each listing carefully and it will let you know the quantity that is included.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped within 5 - 10 business days. There are some exceptions to this. Shipping information for each listing is included in the description. Please read carefully and in its entirety. Shipping notifications, with tracking numbers, will be sent out when your order ships.
What information is included and where do I leave the information?
Generally, I will need the child's name, age and event date. The date will not be included most times, but it's for me to know when you need it by. Each listing will include what information is needed for that particular item. Please ready carefully.
