Custom and personalized orders

Custom Orders:

Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. This includes requests for canceled orders, requests for refunds shall be denied, unfortunately. If an order is sent back, for ANY REASON, including inputting the incorrect address, YOU shall be responsible and cover the shipping cost to resend the product(s).

Mock Design Approval:

Once design is ready you will receive a message from me with a mock design for approval. You will have 24 hours to approve the design. If no response, your order will be processed as designed - NO CHANGES.

All CUSTOM orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Order Cancellations
