When it comes to shipping, please remember that this is a handmade jewelry shop. I am the designer, creator, owner, marketer, and shipper! I am only person making each order, smudging and charging each item, and safely wrapping your items with love. I truly put my heart in each piece and care deeply about your orders. So these things cannot be rushed. I do my very best to meet shipping times but sometimes these things are just out of my control once I bring orders to the post office.

If you have a problem with one of your items, please let me know and allow me to try and resolve the problem before you review. It is important to me that you love your piece! So please let me fix it if I can!

Use only warm water and a mild soap to clean your jewelry (I useDr. Bronners). Soak your jewelry pieces for no more than a minute in the water. If you have to scrub, use a soft baby toothbrush and be gentle. Never use tissue or any other paper-based material to clean the pieces. Always pat the jewelry dry.

Air dry your jewelry overnight before you put it away. Excessive moisture when stored can lead to jewelry that is corroded and tarnished.

To slow down tarnishing, clean your silver jewelry after wearing it. Oils from your skin accumulate on the surface of silver and can predispose it to oxidization. Use warm water to wash your jewelry items gently, and dry them with a soft cloth. You can also delay tarnishing by regularly polishing your silver jewelry.

Gold filled metal is made by bonding a layer of gold, usually 50-100 times thicker than plating, to a base metal, usually sterling silver or brass, using high heat and pressure. This results in a metal that is very durable and does not flake off or rub off. It is much less expensive than solid gold.

If for some reason your item gets “stuck” at customs or at the post office etc, there is really nothing I can do. Unfortunately at that point it is up to the postmaster, company, or customs. Each item is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival at its destination. Items are sent first class with tracking via USPS. International orders cannot be tracked once they leave the US. PinkLune is not responsible for lost packages or for paying any additional customs fees. If you do not receive your order, it is your responsibility to contact USPS.
