Where is my order?

Unless you purchase an item from my shop that includes tracking, you will not receive a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, I have no way of knowing where it is. I am not responsible for lost packages that were not purchased with a tracking number.

What if I receive my order and I am not satisfied?

If you receive your order and it is not what you were expecting please contact me! It is my #1 priority to ensure that all customers who purchase items from my shop are 100% satisfied with their orders.

Why is tracking not included with stickers?

In most cases, tracking is more expensive than the sticker itself. I offer tracking at an additional cost (you may find this under the 'featured items' section in my shop) for anyone interested in purchasing.
