What if I can't find my file?
Your downloadable file was sent to your Etsy email you provided. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder, in case it was sent there by accident. If you still can't find it, please message me and we will get you all set up.
To Download Files again:
Log in to your Etsy account. In the top right of the screen, click on the "You" menu. Then click on "Purchases and Reviews." From there, you will see all of your purchases. To the right of your digitals there is a button that says,"Download Files." Go ahead and click it and it will download again. It's nice because you never have to worry about losing your digitals!

What are the copyrights with digital products?
When you purchase a digital design from Pink Monarch Prints, there are still copyright issues to be aware of. You are more than welcome to print and use these designs in any of your personal projects. You can even use them to create physical items to sell or give away, as long as you make them into an end product and do not sell them as they are.
You are NOT allowed to send the digital images to anyone else or sell the digital images. You are also not allowed to create something and then sell it to other businesses to re-sell.
Just remember that hours, money and work have gone in to creating these digital kits and please honor that. It's mostly common sense and common courtesy. Thanks!

Do you take custom orders?
At this time, I don't take custom orders. I have so many things I am working on that I can't seem to fit custom work in to the picture right now. But feel free to browse through the shop and see if I have something that might work. If it isn't there yet, hopefully it will be soon! Thanks!
Where do I add a coupon code to my purchase?
Here is how to find it: Just go to your cart and then click on "Proceed to Checkout." From there, on the bottom left, there should be a small tag with the words "Apply Shop Coupon Codes." From there, a window should open where you can type the code. Please let me know if you run in to any issues. Thanks!
