What files types do you offer?

We currently have every file in SVG format. We are diligently working on updated each to also include DXF and PNG. If you need a different file type, please don't hesitate to ask. Please be sure that your software is compatible with one of the above mentioned formats before purchasing.

Are your files printable?

Absolutely! All you need is a vector software such as CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator. Just open and print!

I forgot to make sure my software was compatible with your file types. What can I do?

Due to the digital nature of our files, we do not offer refunds. However, we will be happy to offer the file in SVG, DXF, or PNG. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm software compatibility before purchase.

Can you create a custom design for me?

Yes! Please send us a message for clarification. We will not copy others' designs, nor will we do any copyrighted or trademarked designs.

I bought a file, but it isn't downloading. What can I do?

Shoot us a message, and we will be happy to send you the file(s) via e-mail!

Do your files include commercial use?

Yes! Our files are for small business use (up to 100 uses) and personal use. If you need an extended license for more uses, please contact us.

Do you offer exclusive rights to your designs?

Since the designs in our shop are already listed, and many have been previously purchased, we are not able to offer exclusive rights on them. However, if you have a custom order and would like exclusive rights, we can definitely do that! Contact us for more information!
