5 out of 5 starsThis was so easy to use! I was in a hurry and wanted something I didn't need to edit beyond uploading the photo. I also wanted something appropriate to send to men as well as women - so not too pink or girly, and this was just right. It's cheerful and fun!

Where is My Download?
All the Order links are send out automatically to the customers email account from corjl website. Not etsy email. The downloads on etsy are just instructions to edit the file.
You need to check the email from your etsy profile. Also please check junk or spam because depending on your privacy settings it may go directly there.
You can also go to www.corjl.com sign up as a customer and enter your order ID to access the file.
Can I Change the Sizes of the templates?
No, Sizes of the templates are not editable. Only wording.
All sizes Measurements will be indicated in the description of the listing.
Is there a Download Limit?
Yes, all files can be downloaded up to 10 times
If the downloads reach to 10 the order will be marked as completed and customer will no longer have access.
Can I Resell Or Use it for Commercial Purpose?
This shop only sells items for personal use. Commercial use is not permitted.
Each order is valid for one event only. Reusing designs for multiple events is considered commercial use and is not allowed.
We actively review orders to ensure they are used as intended.
If this policy is violated, permissions will be revoked and the access link will be disabled. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Can I cancel an Order?
No. Due to the Nature of digital downloads all orders are final.
This includes purchases by mistake.
No cancellations or refunds are permitted.
Can I leave the design Without Wording?
NO. The template cannot be downloaded in blank. Commercial use is not permitted
All Our items for sale are for personal Use. Customer needs to add a name and age or custom wording.
To all Infractors to this policy, permitions are revoked and access link is cancelled.
No refunds are send out after this.
Do the templates Expire?
Yes, all templates expires after 90 days of purchase.
But if you haven't use your order we can happily extend upon request.
