SHIPPING: Packages are delayed in transit by USPS quite FREQUENTLY, I STONGLY recommend USPS Priority or Fed Ex Express shipping for all orders that require delivery within 2 weeks of purchase and Fed Ex Express shipping for all orders that require delivery within 1 week. Contact me first if you need a rush order within 1 week.

Make sure your address is correct. There is a reship fee if address is not correct and package is returned to me. No refunds if package does not arrive for event on time if it needs to be reshipped.

The estimated arrival times shown at checkout are not guaranteed for USPS standard or USPS priority shipping. It is only guaranteed for Fed Ex express
3-day.

There are no refunds for late deliveries.

Orders for printed items go immediately into production once received. They cannot be cancelled or changed.

All digital files are for personal use only. You may not forward, share, sell, distribute or use the files commercially.

Once order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Proof available upon request only at time of order. You have 24 hours to approve. If you do not approve within that time frame, order will be printed and shipped without approval and there are no refunds if it is incorrect. Printed items ship within 2-4 days of purchase unless otherwise noted in listing description.

Make sure the personalization you enter is correct.

**Note** Names ending in "s" like "James" will be spelled with "'s" like "James's" unless you include a note otherwise.

*********Personalized Files**********

Personalized files are self-editable templates through Corjl. You will receive an email from Corjl with a link to edit the file. If you purchase through Apple Pay, Corjl will not have access to your email and you will not receive the link.

ALL digital files, unless otherwise noted on the individual listing, are to be printed on FULL sheet paper and trimmed with scissors or craft punches. They do not fit any pre-cut labels nor are they designed to cut on electronic cutting machines. They are not SVG files. I do provide a service at an additional charge if you would like a file to fit a pre-cut label.

**********Instant Downloads**********

Instant downloads are non-personalized. They come as shown, no changes. Some blank note cards, food labels, tent cards, and other blank files are for you to hand-write items in. Please refer to the description in each individual listing. If you purchase through Apple Pay, Etsy will not have your correct email and you will not receive the link.

***********Self-Printing**********************

PDF files are designed to be printed at home or at an office supply store. JPG files are designed to be printed at photo processing stores. All of the files in my shop are not designed to be printed at online printing companies. If you would like a file that can be printed at an online printing company, please contact me for a custom listing before you make a purchase and provide necessary printing requirements.

When printing on a home printer, make sure your printer is set to print "actual size". I also recommend setting the printer to "best quality". Make sure all other settings are correct for the type of paper you are printing on.

All printed items are printed on a laser printer. Color may vary slightly from computer monitor photos.

There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
